Q - Can I choose which ribbon is included in my tutu:
A - Because ribbon is often available at different times of year or back ordered we will be sure to match your tutu with a a coordinating ribbon. Any specific desires or instructions should be included with check-out message or via convo/e-mail (ex. Pink ribbon please!)

Q - We need a tutu for next week! Can you do it?
A - Please contact us with questions regarding rush orders. They ARE available but production and shipping times will vary. We will do all we can to ensure delivery time before you place your order.

Q - How much do you charge for Teen/Adult tutus?
A - Because sizes vary greatly among young women, we are careful to post costs on these custom items. We make sure that each tutu is full and fluffy so we want to make sure that we give you the correct cost based on the amount of materials and time needed for your design. Please e-mail or convo us with questions regarding these tutus!

Q - Where are your materials from?
A - All materials are made in the USA! We have solid relationships with our sellers to make sure that we are offering you the best in quality and cost.

Q - Do you offer discounts/coupons/etc...
A - Yes! Like our Facebook page and you will be privy to coupon codes, special offers, sales and more!

Q - I see a tutu for sale on your Etsy site, but its not the right size, can I get it in a different size?
A - Absolutely!  Convo/E-mail us with the name of the design that you'd like and what size you need and we will custom make it just for you!  (Cost for tutus 12mo -5T are the same.  Smaller or Larger sizes (i.e. NB or 7-8) will be priced accordingly with the amount of material and time required to create your tutu.  Please let us know before purchasing so that we can make sure you are charged the appropriate amount.

Q - Do you offer discounts for Photographers?
A - We offer deals for photographers who are willing to share their photos of girls in our tutus.  Contact us to learn more!

Q - What is your return policy?
A - If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we will do our best to find a solution. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Our customers are incredibly important to us and we want to make sure you're happy! We strive to get very detailed information from our customers to make sure that their tutu is exactly what they want and more. Please make sure to fill out the questionnaire included at checkout!  Refunds, credits, and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. However, The Big Pink Cupcake can not be responsible for any information not viewed by or received from customer. (i.e. production time is posted on home page, not sending correct sizes or colors, etc...)

We are not able to refund or cancel payment once it has been received. Please contact us with any questions about your order prior to placement. .

Q - What is your shipping policy?
A - Orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. All ready to ship orders will be sent the following business day if the order is placed before 12 noon. All orders received after noon will be shipped within 2 business days. Custom orders will be shipped after production time. We will notify you once your package has been shipped. Shipping times will vary depending on location. Once your item has been shipped it is no longer the responsibility of The Big Pink Cupcake. We can not be responsible for anything that may happen during shipping. For this reason, we advise you to purchase insurance, however it is not required.

We are currently only able to ship within the US and to APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
